Quality Policy

Quality Policy

Our commitment to excellence and continuous improvement in service of territorial development.

Strengthening our expertise and know-how, I invite all Agency management to embrace the new orientations described in our missions, some of whose key axes are outlined in this general policy, within the framework of respecting all requirements specific to our professions and managerial evolution.

Our Strategic Axes

The fundamental orientations of our quality approach

01

Support investment and development projects within our territorial jurisdiction.

02

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards across all Agency activities.

03

Provide the necessary resources for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System.

04

Understand the specificities of the Agency's intervention territory, particularly construction challenges in rural areas and urban planning issues in general.

05

Develop a comprehensive and integrated vision for future urban extensions, through innovative and flexible urban planning documents that prioritize territorial sustainability.

06

Consolidate its position as a reference actor in planning, consulting and expertise at the local level, serving as a force of proposal for local decision-makers.

07

Modernize the Institution through the development of an information system as an effective management tool, and the digitalization of all business and support procedures.

08

Improve access to information through effective documentation management via electronic and physical archiving systems.

09

Engage all staff in implementing the Quality Management System to ensure quality objectives are achieved.

10

Strengthen the Agency's image through dynamic internal and external communication for greater awareness, engagement and information of local stakeholders and staff.

11

Develop human resources performance and skills through motivation, coaching and training.

This will enable us to anticipate stakeholder expectations, address risks associated with our processes, meet Agency requirements, and monitor our indicators in a continuous improvement dynamic that consolidates our position as a key actor in regional development.

I am confident that with the values that drive each of us and shared by all executives, we will champion this managerial dynamic that will strengthen trust internally and externally with our institutional partners, investors and citizens.
