Urbanism Caravan for the Rural World

The Agadir Urban Agency serving rural communes — bringing urbanism services closer to citizens.

Overview

A national proximity initiative

The Rural Urbanism Caravan is a national initiative launched by the Ministry of Territorial Planning, Urbanism, Housing, and City Policy. It embodies the Royal Directives aimed at reducing spatial disparities and strengthening attention to the rural world.

In the Souss-Massa region, the Agadir Urban Agency deploys this caravan across its 34 rural communes, mobilizing multidisciplinary teams — architects, urban planners, legal advisors, and technicians — to support citizens in their urbanism and construction procedures.
